What is your warranty policy?

ARISE, providing the best customer experience is one of our core values.

Therefore we offer an exclusive 24 months warranty for all manufacturers' defects on sunglasses.

What is your returns policy?

We understand that buying on the internet can be difficult. Therefore we offer a hassle free, 100 days return policy.

If you need to return your order, just contact us to request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the return slip.

 

Will I receive a full refund?

We don't charge a restocking fee if you decide to return your order.

However, please notice that the shipping fees (if there are any) or the shipping insurance if you choose one, will not be reimbursed.

How do I place my order?

Once you find a product you like, click the green ‘BUY IT NOW’ button. This will take you to your shopping cart, where you will have a chance to review your order and choose your shipping options, before you proceed to payment.

Once you’re happy with your order, click the green ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’ button, or alternatively, you can choose to ‘Pay with PAYPAL’ or ‘Pay with PAYPAL Credit’.

This takes you through to our secure check out page, where you will be asked to fill in your billing and delivery address information. Once this is completed, click the green ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT’ button and you will be taken to the final step of the payment process, where asked to fill in your payment details.

Once you have clicked ‘confirm’ your order will be complete and you will receive a confirmation email shortly after, confirming your order has been placed.

 

How do I know my order has been received?

As soon as the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the courier details. Using their unique tracking number you can easily track the delivery status of your package on your courier’s website.


How do I cancel or change an order

Note that all payments will be processed at the moment of placing the order, however, the cancellation of the order is possible at any time before the order is shipped to you. 

You can change or cancel your order at any point prior to shipment.

Please contact us with your cancellation or order change request and we will happily assist you.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you absolutely can exchange your ARISE eyewear, as long as it is unused and still in the original packaging.

Remember to contact the customer Services Team before you send us your sunglasses.

We do not accept payments upon arrival or payments in installments.

We have your best interests at heart and are dedicated to keeping your details secure. We do not share or sell customer information, including email addresses and phone numbers.

Any extra information requested in order to confirm the order will be properly erased after the confirmation is completed.

What is the shipping time?

Products will usually be shipped between 11-15 days.

After the order is shipped, the delivery normally takes from 3 to 5 working days to be completed. 

As soon as the item is shipped you will receive an email with the unique tracking number. You can then input this into the courier’s website in order to track the progress of your parcel. 

 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No! The great news is that we ship your glasses for FREE to where you are in the world!

 

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do ship internationally. If your country is not listed on the selection menu, please contact us.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you are able to change your shipping address after you have submitted your order. However this must be done before the product is shipped.

Please contact us with your new shipping address request and we will happily assist you.

 

Are ARISE sunglasses available with prescription lenses?

Unfortunately ARISE glasses are not currently available with prescription lenses.
